I repurposed this basic Salesforce.com training to meet the needs of the client during a multi-week onboarding of Sales Representatives.

What was my role in the project?

• I executed deep needs analysis for performance training. 

• I designed and developed multi-week employee onboarding including blended learning with both ILT and WBT.

• I synthesized learning evaluation data and reported findings furthering performance training effectiveness. 

• I provided recommendations to human resources and aligned recruitment strategies.
