This exam was created in Articulate Storyline for Program Managers to become familiar with new policies and procedures. The training pool of over 200 PMs were surveyed for the Needs Analysis that informed the scope of training required. Five Subject Matter Experts were identified and I worked closely with them to draft, test, and finalize the questions for the exam. The pass/fail rate was set at eighty percent accuracy. In the pilot, we found that the average score was seventy percent. So, we went back to adjust the questions that were most difficult for the Program Managers.
