This software technical training for 200 teachers walked through the software in a hands-on technical workshop. Teachers used their computers to practice daily tasks in PowerTeacher and walked away with one-page “cheat sheet” job aids to put up next to their computers.

What was my role in the project?

• Planned, designed and facilitated the technical training as lead role in instructional design.

• Developed and published training materials and job aids.

• Analyzed and evaluated trainee learning and provided recommendations resulting in 96% retention rate.

• Built a strategic roadmap for larger scale training and forecasting on design capabilities.
