We started with a rapid prototype of the onboarding scenarios in Articulate Rise. The scenarios allowed the new employee to make decisions and learn from real life examples. The first pilot was with a set of 25 employees coming onto the team. The onboarding was created to be scalable as they grew and adaptable to the ever changing needs of a growing national business. The pilot also served as a new employee needs analysis and I used the feedback data for the second iteration of the onboarding deliverable.
